**Please note that all Add on's are in ADDITION to initial service requested.

**If you chose to have Shauna provide services over another nail tech work, she is not responsible for any lifting, chipping or breaking that might occur at any time.

**There are NO children allowed during your appointment.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR PERSONAL SCHEDULE before booking.

cANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment you will need to reach out to Shauna 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. Also, once you have cancelled your appointment you will need to rebook at your convenience that will require an additional deposit.

If your appointment isn’t cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged for the full service.

If you are going to be late , PLEASE let Shauna know, however if you more than 15 min late with no communication, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will be charged the FULL amount of service.

Same Day Cancellations & No Call No Shows will be charged the entire service.

Scheduling POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking (that will be applied to your service), please be sure add any additional services wanted to allot for the appropriate time and will be paid in addition to the remaining balance at the end of your service.

Payment Options

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover.

Electronic payment Cash APP, Venmo, or Apple Pay will incur a $10 transaction fee.
